This policy explains when a refund may be requested for Veritas English digital products.

When a refund is allowed

A refund may be requested within 7 calendar days after purchase if the paid digital files or secure access page have not been opened.

When a refund is not allowed

• The result access page was opened.
• A certificate, diagnosis, study plan, or exercise book was generated or downloaded.
• The request is outside the 7-day window.
• The request contains false payment or identity information.

Digital delivery record

We may use technical events such as access, generation, download, payment confirmation, and certificate code records to review refund eligibility.

How to request a refund

Contact support@veritasenglish.com for English purchases or support.id@veritasenglish.com for Indonesia purchases. Include the checkout email and payment reference when available.
