We may collect your name, email, assessment answers, score, CEFR level, result token, payment reference, certificate code, and support messages.

How we use your data

• To show and email your assessment result.
• To generate certificates, diagnoses, study plans, and exercise books when purchased.
• To provide support, refund review, and access recovery.
• To improve the assessment flow and prevent abuse.

Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe or iPaymu. Veritas English does not store full card, bank, wallet, or virtual account credentials.

Global English emails use result@veritasenglish.com and support@veritasenglish.com. Indonesia emails use result.id@veritasenglish.com and support.id@veritasenglish.com.

Your rights

You may ask us to correct, export, restrict, or delete personal data when legally possible. Some transaction records may be retained for fraud prevention, tax, legal, or refund audit reasons.
